Iris have always been one of my favorite flowers. They are so elegant and the fact that come early in the summer just makes them that much better. The way this group was composed of dark and light colors was made even more intersting by the way they moved in and out of the sunlight making some of the lighter colored flowers darker than the dark colored flowers that were in direct light.
