Little Paw Paw Lake is about 3 miles from my studio. It has always been one of my favorite places and I have painted it often in different seasons and times of day. I was taken by this old tree covered with woodvine and growing out on the edge of a small peninsula. The sun had gone down and it made a wonderful contrast to the evening sky and water.
